Motherhood: The First Year

The first year can be a challenging transitional year for mothers. This course is designed to provide emotional and educational support for new and experienced mothers. Class will consist of lively discussions, art, hands-on demonstrations and opportunities to connect with other mon's, develop friendships ans support systems. Course Topics include nursing, infant massage, self-help, baby-care, baby wearing and specific tools for safe-guarding your marriage / relationships.
